Projects

Trailwren

AI-powered SOP generation platform

Featured

AI-powered SOP generation platform that helps teams turn scattered documents, PDFs, screenshots, and project materials into structured Standard Operating Procedures. The backend is built in Go around separate document ingestion and SOP generation pipelines.

Problem

Teams spend hours turning scattered project materials into consistent SOPs, especially when documentation is spread across multiple files and formats.

Architecture

Uploaded files are extracted into Markdown first, then project-level SOP generation runs through background workers with persistent job tracking.

Backend focus

Goroutines, channels, document extraction, Redis-backed queues, worker architecture, retries, and AI document generation workflows.

Status

Actively building and validating the MVP.

Syncwood

Migration intelligence for backend teams

PostgreSQL-first developer tool for detecting migration conflicts in collaborative backend workflows. Syncwood focuses on migration-to-migration semantic analysis, helping teams catch schema divergence, ordering issues, and migration risk before they reach production.
